Takapuna Market Registrations

​We pride ourselves on the quality, diverse and original products that are brought to the market by our stall holders each week and welcome applications from new vendors.
The good news is that Takapuna Market can provide opportunities for both regular and new stallholders who want to connect with the local community each week, and want to be part of a visible market in Takapuna.

​Unfortunately, availability at our Market is limited and acceptance or non-acceptance of applications is at the sole discretion of Takapuna Market management but we will base decisions on the information given by the applicant on their application, meeting the approved product criteria, quality, product distribution, diversity and availability.

  • We will require 3 photos of your products and a photo of your table display (These can be emailed to admin@takapunamarket.co.nz)
  • Application will not be processed until all photos have been received

In order to make Takapuna Market a success we do require a high level of presentation at the market and do ask that all tables be covered with tablecloths to the floor.

Opening Hours/ Set-Up Timing

  • The market is open from 8am-1pm, unless otherwise specified
  • Set up is from 6:00am, unless agreed otherwise, all stall holders must be on-site by 7:00 am – if stall holders have not arrived by 7:30am and there has been no communication, then that stallholder will, unfortunately, forfeit their space with no refund.
  • You must be set up and ready to trade from 8am.
  • Stall holders are not able to pack up until 1 pm sharp. 
  • We ask that stallholders aim to be off Anzac Square by 2:30pm so that we have an opportunity to clean up.
  • Everyone must have left by 4pm at the latest.

Demand to join Takapuna Market is high and so we have a process which must be followed to join Takapuna Market.  The process is:

1. Provide an Expression of Interest which means that you would like to be considered for joining Takapuna Market. Once submitted, it does not mean that you are then you are automatically accepted to join the market.

2. Once we have reviewed your EOI, and the images of your products.

3. Once we have received your email, we will then review your Expression of interest and will send you an email to let you know if you have been accepted at Takapuna Market or not.
